In becoming a key member of this firms engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of cutting-edge pipeline projects that contribute to the advancement of sustainable water and wastewater management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design water and sewer conveyance systems, OR wastewater conveyance systems, with a focus on pipelines and associated conveyance infrastructure
- Review of design reports and drafts in alignment with federal/local regulations
- Conduct thorough site assessments to align designs with specific location requirements.
- Perform detailed hydraulic modelling calculations and modelling to support project development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for client projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 7+ years of experience in water and wastewater pipeline design.
- Proficiency in relevant computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software.
