A local Minneapolis construction contractor is seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
The Project Manager will be responsible forโฆ
- Leading, managing, and motivating multidisciplinary teams of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resources required
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful design, installation, and testing of electrical systems and components
The Project Manager should have the following qualifications...
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and make informed decisions
- Experience with renewable energy projects or sustainable practices is advantageous
