Position Overview: As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of the water treatment systems installed at client sites across Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely installation, maintenance, and repair services for the water treatment equipment. You will collaborate closely with clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to uphold the commitment towards delivering clean and safe water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment systems in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and analysis of water treatment systems to identify potential issues and ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering prompt and accurate solutions to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique water treatment needs and provide recommendations for system improvements or modifications.
