HVAC Construction Manager

Our client, a leading construction company specializing in mechanical contracting is seeking to hire an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Construction Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial, industrial, healthcare and multifamily projects while ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level in Mechanical Engineering (not a must but would be beneficial)
- Minimum 10 years' experience working on MEP construction
- Proven track record of overseeing complex multi-million dollar projects from inception through completion.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Responsible for project planning including budgeting ,scheduling, maintaining timelines, distribution management etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations during execution phases within different departments across multiple locations
Team Leadership :
- Mentor team members by offering guidance throughout their career growth paths
- Manage relations between contractors/suppliers/vendors/partners . Building partnerships based on trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability along with
skillful negotiation .
Skills Required :
The ideal candidate should have expertise/experience preferably at least one year each into following areas ,
1) Project Estimation, Cost Control measures, schedule Maintenance,
2) Quality Assurance systems implementation, metrics tracking, KPI formulation analysis,
3) Change Order Request handling, labor conflicts resolution strategies deployment, talent acquisition assessments hiring/on-boarding processes .
4) Expertise knowledge around various industry-specific software products like AutoCAD, BIM360,Fusion etc
