Industrial Client Service Leader
Introduction
Our client is looking for an Industrial Client Service Leader to join our team. The role is hybrid but will be tied to one of the following offices; Boston, Providence Rhode Island, or Manchester New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing industrial wastewater projects, from inception to completion, and will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
As an Industrial Client Service Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage industrial wastewater projects from inception to completion
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Identify business development opportunities and work with the sales team to develop proposals and win new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive
Skills

- Industrial wastewater background
- Project management experience

Additional Information
To be considered for this role, a PE License is also desirable. The salary for this position is up to $210,000.
