Our client, a leading company in the industrial automation sector, is seeking to hire an experienced Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for their Cleveland office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing process instrumentation systems that are efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 8 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with PLC specification, Operator Interface design, Process Automation Controllers; configuration knowledge preferred
Skills:
Process Instrumentation - In-depth understanding of various measurement technologies such as pressure transmitters and flow meters used in industrial processes.
PLC Specification - Knowledgeable on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) specifications including programming software applications designed specifically for controlling manufacturing equipment.
Operator Interface Design - Familiarity with Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), control panels which allow operators to interact directly with machinery while monitoring automated tasks;
Process Automation Control - Expertise working collaboratively across teams developing advanced controls solutions within production environments using technology like SCADA/HMIs.
Salary: $130000
