Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and growth of our client's Seattle office, fostering relationships and expanding their client base.
- Provide expert guidance and leadership in the design and engineering of marine structures and infrastructure, specializing in waterfront, port, and harbor projects.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve project objectives.
- Actively engage in business development efforts, leveraging your existing network and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine structural engineering, with a focus on waterfront, port, and harbor projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects throughout their lifecycle.
