We currently have a requirement for a Marketer to join a large Energy company based in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands on a contract commencing from January 2020 until April 2020! The ideal candidate will speak fluent Dutch!
Mission - To join the Acquisition, Retention & Loyalty marketing team. You ensure that we attract customers and increase loyalty to the client. You work with our Acquisition & Retention marketers, database marketers, online specialists and product managers. Often you are the initiator and bring together customer insights, data-driven knowledge and digital possibilities to strengthen the communication and positioning of the brand towards our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and implementing brand values โโin all our contact moments with customers.
- Living through the brand values โโof client both internally and externally.
- The preparation and implementation of a customer contact strategy for the entire customer journey, in which an optimal customer experience and our customer promises are central.
- The organization and continuous improvement of the first-year program, in which new customers feel welcome at the company and are activated as a customer.
- Developing below and above the line campaigns together with the marketeers campaign for the benefit of the commercial result and the loading of the clients brand.
- Mapping and improving the customer journey together with the operational departments in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Skills Required:
- 3+ years experience in a similar marketing position
- Strong experience of implementing Brand Values/Brand Management both internally and externally via campaigns, conferences and etc.
- Experience of implementing and being a key contributor to the Customer Strategy
- Identifying, creating new ideas and improving Customer experience/journey
- Contributing to marketing campaigns and experience of tailoring campaigns to benefit commercial results such as customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, increase in Brand awareness and etc.
- Experience of working with other departments to increase customer loyalty
- Must be fluent in both Dutch and English
