Mechanical Estimator - Work Remotely!
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated mechanical estimator to join one of our best clients. We're working with multi billion dollar mechanical contractors growing out their construction operations. We need leaders and passionate folks to grow. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing your skills towards exciting plumbing, piping, and industrial projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mechanical subcontractor
- Knowledgeable with Autobid software
- Experience estimating LVI (Low Voltage Infrastructure) MEP Construction Projects
Skills:
As an ideal candidate for this position, we expect that you possess these important attributes:
1. Attention to Detail - You should be meticulous when it comes to calculations which is crucial especially during project estimation.
2. Analytical Thinking - Ability evaluate information gathered by various sources before making informed decisions on costs estimates required for each phase of construction.
3.Communication Skills - Be able communicate effectively both verbally and written form within teams or clients regarding cost analysis reports related issues.
