Job Description:
As a Survey Project Manager, you will take on a critical role in surveying projects, overseeing and ensuring their successful execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their surveying needs and requirements.
- Planning and organizing surveying teams, fieldwork, and resources.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of survey data and deliverables.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Providing technical guidance and support to surveying staff.
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in New Mexico or ability to obtain licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, including some project management experience.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other surveying software.
