Seeking a Dedicated Professional Land Surveyor in both Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio (2 positions currently open!)

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the preparation of survey documents and computations associated within ALTA, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, etc.as well as prepare survey drawings and descriptions utilizing AutoCAD and other related software packages.
- You will be responsible for preparing and managing project schedules, preparing forms and communicating the project requirements and expectations to the team as well as monitor the teams work and progress.
- Work alongside junior and senior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Use your knowledge to review data and documents developed by the team for accuracy and precision. You will analyze data from various sources, e.g., traditional field survey, point cloud, GIS, and more to develop and prepare plans and reports. You will provide construction-related services including correspondence with clients, construction plan interpretation, point data extraction, stakeout reviews and more.
- You will review applicable reference materials and location specific statutes and requirements and communicate knowledge with teammates and clients. You will also review and reevaluate project documentation, e.g., field notes, title work, surveys, property descriptions and more.

Requirements:
- Columbus position - Professional Surveyor License in Ohio and minimum 9 years of experience.
- Cincinnati - minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree.
