We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wind Energy Project Manager to oversee wind energy projects in the Taiwan region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, collaborating with local networks, authorities, and global colleagues, and ensuring the successful execution of Wind Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, occasional client site visits, and participation in inspections. The position can be based in either Taipei or Taichung.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of wind energy projects, including handling inquiries, preparing proposals, assigning resources, and monitoring project schedules.
- Attend client site meetings as necessary, prepare technical proposals, and summarize project reports.
- Develop bidding tenders and create proposal documents.
- Maintain accurate meeting minutes and follow up on project progress.
- Stay updated on the latest technical standards and requirements.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree or higher.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the wind energy industry, with a strong understanding of the local market. TIC experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), industry standards, policies, procedures, and instructions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
