A international EPCM construction firm is looking for an Project Operations Director (EPCM Construction) in Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day activities and projects are well within schedule and budget. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing a team of project managers, construction managers and operations team.

Responsibilities:
Manage overall project costs, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee a project team and maintain as main POC with general contractors, vendors and consultants.
Analyze, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips
Overseeing and addressing day-to-day situations that may impact project outcome
Facilitating site planning meetings to resolve issue on early stage through constant evaluation of all project progress
Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during project construction.
Involve in all stages of project cycle to ensure planning accounts for potential issues down the line
Support in business development across the APAC region

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (construction, civil, mechanical) or any other relevant disciplines
15+ years of project/operations experience in large scale EPCM construction projects
Experienced in handling large scale government or private projects with a project valuation of >SGD 150m (Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Renewable Energy)
Leadership - led a team of Project Managers / General Managers
Ability to present firmly to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to travel regionally across APAC
