Role Overview:
As a Regional Geotechnical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to promote and sell our advanced ground improvement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively pursue and convert leads into clients, employing a strategic approach to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored ground improvement solutions.
- Technical Sales: Utilize your geotechnical engineering knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our patented solutions to clients.
- Remote Collaboration: Work independently in a remote setting, while staying connected with the team and clients through virtual communication tools.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ Years Geotechnical Engineering experience
- Valid P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is required in New York or New Jersey
- Experience in sales, business development, or client engagement, preferably within the geotechnical or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and ground improvement techniques.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
