This is a Senior/Lead estimator positions with GLOBAL vertically integrated solar company looking to expand and build a small project team in the US.
- Understand solar PV scopes of working including electrical, structural and civil work for exact estimates for each scope of work
- Responsible for pricing, equipment and service supplier management during proposals, before and during construction
- Manage RFPs from 3rd party EPC and O&M contractors. Involved in contractor selection and contract negotiation
- 5+ years professional experience in estimating role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, CPM scheduling, and/or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with photovoltaic solar components, technical standards and solar Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts.
