Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, thoroughly understanding their audiovisual needs and objectives.
- Listen to client feedback and concerns, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to address their requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and deliver customized AV solutions that align with client goals and budgets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations, clearly articulating the value of our solutions.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze key account metrics, including revenue forecasts, project status, and client satisfaction levels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their audiovisual experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record in the audiovisual or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of audiovisual technologies and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
