Role Overview:
A Senior Associate will be expected to manage project teams made up of BIM modellers, project managers, and project designers while exercising high-level project oversight. You will also be in charge of maintaining and expanding client connections and serve as the main point of contact for clients. You will work closely with the executive team of the organisation to design and assess programmes, staff, and corporate operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships while providing high-level project team leadership.
- Creates contracts and proposals for projects.
- Planning for workforce levels and project schedules.
- Determining and meeting the project's budgetary goals.
- Examines project requirements and documentation.
- keeps up technical expertise and grows engineering personnel.
- Help the company create new business opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering degree or relevant engineering degree.
- Licensure Required: P.E or S.E
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, forensic engineering or repair/restoration engineering
- Working familiarity with the latest industry software, such as RAM SS, RAM Concept, and PCA. Revit and software are preferred.
- Must have high level of analytical, technical and written skills.
- Work requires continual attention to detail with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels
