I'm looking for an enthusiastic and driven Bridge Engineer to contribute to the success of one of my top client's growing transport team in Melbourne and across Australia. With an increasing and diverse portfolio of work, they need someone who has a proven record in this field, and who has a pro-active and enthusiastic approach with a drive to succeed and help develop the team.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Work on city-shaping projects across Victoria and Australia
- Provide bridge / structural designs, and technical reviews associated with various projects
- Build and manage client relationships
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that work is within scope and complies with appropriate standards and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other team members and in other disciplines to help improve productivity by aligning tasks to skill and competence level
Key Requirements For The Role
- 5-12 years of experience working in civil structures
- Complex computer modelling experience - Midas Civil, Staad, Strand7, Autodesk Bridge.
- Good design co-ordination skills
- Proactive working with senior members in the team
- Experience in a project environment, including digital design
