Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Bridge Engineer/Inspector to join their team. As a key player within our transportation sector, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse bridge and structure projects. This positions would have the potential to quickly grow into leadership and management. The company has been privately held for 100 years and consistently rated one of the top ENR Design Firms in the Mid-Atlantic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural condition inspections for various bridge types
- Prepare inspection reports according to NBIS standards
- Review inspection reports created by other Team Leaders
- Design structural elements of bridges ensuring they meet industry requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering with specialization(s) related specifically towards structures.
- PE Preferred
- NBIS Certified Inspector training program completion certificate - Level II certification preferred
- Experience with structural design and CADD software such as: Larsa4D, MicroStation, Leap Bridge Modules, Openbridge, and AutoCAD
