Our client, a leading renewable energy company in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the EPC contractors for a company with over 450MW in operation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience as a project manager in the construction industry
- Experience managing utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) plants from design through commissioning
Skills:
Project Management - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
Communication Skills - Excellent written/verbal communication skills are required when interacting with clients, vendors, subcontractors etc.
Leadership qualities - ability to lead cross-functional teams; excellent decision-making abilities even under pressure situations.
Budget management & cost control - Ensuring that all aspects of each job run efficiently so it can come within budget without cutting corners on quality.
Additional Details:
The ideal candidate should have proven experience working on hybrid DG utility-scale solar PV-BESS projects similar scale which includes Energy Storage Solutions(ESS). This position demands someone who has demonstrated leadership capabilities across large multi-disciplinary teams along with robust technical knowledge and the ability to work in a hybrid position.
