Become A Transportation Practice Builder in San Jose, CA!
Our client, a leading engineering firm based out of San Jose, California is seeking an experienced and dynamic transportation manager to build their own team out of their San Jose office and pursue transportation work with the support of the Senior Vice President.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer license required (California PE preferred)
- 10+ years' experience managing complex highway design and/or water transportation infrastructure projects
- Proficient in traffic analysis software (HCS+, Synchro/SimTraffic) and/or highway design softwares (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Responsibilities Include :
- Manage all phases/stages associated with development highways/water transportation systems ensuring strict adherence both regulatory standards set by local authorities besides meeting internal quality criteria objectives
- Oversee consultants and sub-contractors assigned to specific tasks under him/her whilst providing necessary guidance/direction where needed so they too remain aligned with overall goals/project timelines
- Work with the Senior Vice President to identify and develop market opportunities that are strategically aligned with client capital improvement programs
The pay range for this California position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
