Salary: $75,000 - $110,000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Environmental Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental planning, possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. This role offers hybrid flexibility with two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare environmental documents in compliance with state and federal regulations, with a focus on the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
- Stay current with relevant legislation and industry trends in environmental planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in environmental planning or a related field, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and other relevant environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or other relevant software is a plus.
