Objective: Lead and manage branch performance effectively.

- Strategic Oversight: Provide direction for the department, manage budgets, and communicate corporate goals.
- Growth Strategies: Develop short-term and long-term growth plans for the branch.
- Operational Decision-Making: Participate in decisions and manage financial aspects.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, while promoting the firm's capabilities.
- Daily Operations and Client Relations: Coordinate daily operations, manage proposals, and maintain client relationships.
- Personnel Management: Recruit, develop, and manage personnel to ensure project success.
- Project Execution: Drive project delivery in various sectors, meeting client expectations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ten years of industry experience, with at least three in a managerial role.
- PE or SE License.
