Travelling Superintendent Role!
My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team and play a pivotal role in managing their large-scale warehouse and distribution projects coming up in the next few weeks!
About:
Having started in the early 90's, my client have gone from strength to strength each year, becoming one of the top 5 design build GC's in the country. They have a backlog going into 2026 at least, with it being valued over $1billion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee and lead the construction team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of construction quality and safety on-site.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Problem Solving: Navigate challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, turning obstacles into opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Construction Superintendent, ideally with a focus on warehouse and distribution projects.
- Having worked on a warehouse and distribution project valued on $60million+
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project updates and requirements.
