Superintendent - Deep Underground Wet Utilities/ Large Diameter Pipe
Salary: $140,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s) and Profit Sharing

Job Description: As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe projects in the Portland area. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to deep underground wet utilities.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (required).
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
