Position: Heavy Civil Superintendent
Salary: $125,000-$185,000 + Bonus(s)

Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent with expertise in managing deep underground utilities and large diameter pipe projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site for deep underground utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Manage subcontractors, labor crews, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor daily progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to optimize project scheduling and resource allocation.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
- Proven track record in overseeing deep underground utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Qualifications Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification and other relevant safety certifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
