Superintendent - Deep Underground Wet Utilities and Paving
Salary: $125,000-$175,000 + Bonus(s)

Job Description: As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of deep underground wet utilities and paving projects in the Seattle area. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, you will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a specialization in deep underground wet utilities and paving projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to deep underground wet utilities and paving.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (required).
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
