We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Professional Engineer (PE) for our client's office in St. Louis, Missouri. You will lead and contribute to water and wastewater projects, providing expert solutions for clients across Missouri, Kansas and beyond. Our client operates across many states and many disciplines across water, including water/wastewater collection, treatment, and distribution which has earned them a fantastic industry reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage water and wastewater projects through planning and design
- Develop and review project plans, specifications, and reports
- Communicate with clients and ability to assess project timelines
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Conduct occasional field inspections and ensure compliance with project standards
Qualifications
- BS in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or similar
- PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven experience in water and wastewater project design and management, including but not limited to: WTP, WWTP, sewer, storm-sewer, pipelines, lift stations, pump stations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 2D/3D, HydroCAD or similar
