Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Water/Wastewater (W/WW) management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, have the ability to manage complex tasks under tight deadlines while ensuring quality results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer license required

As a successful applicant, you must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication abilities as well as effective project management principles such as team building and delegation.
Technical Knowledge:
A deep understanding of wastewater treatment technologies. Knowledgeable about state regulations regarding water quality standards, so that they can ensure our clients adhere strictly within these guidelines when working on their facilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Conducting feasibility studies; develop plans/specifications reports;
* Overseeing construction teams during implementation phase;
* Preparing permit applications and coordinating inspections;
* Ensuring compliance with federal/state/local laws/regulations pertaining specifically towards environmental protection measures,
thereby reducing any potential negative impacts upon natural resources found throughout Indiana region;

The salary range offered by this company starts at $100k per annum depending on your level of experience/expertise gained over time through conducting similar work assignments/projects successfully completed prior.
