Responsibilities
- Startup, commission, troubleshoot, and service Building Automation Systems
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve controls-related issues
- Work closely with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, service work, and new installations
- Configure and maintain BAS front-end and field devices
- Assist with commissioning and system optimization activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
Requirements
- Previous experience working within the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry
- Knowledge of BAS controls, HVAC systems, and building automation technologies
- Experience troubleshooting and servicing control systems
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys is highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
