What You'll Do
- Lead healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through construction.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to project leadership.
- Navigate complex regulatory requirements and healthcare design standards.

What We're Looking For
- Professional Architecture License required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of architectural experience.
- Strong healthcare project experience, with life sciences experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects, client relationships, and project teams.
- Experience in all phases of design and construction administration.
