A well-established multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and delivery of innovative building systems projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, healthcare, education, and institutional projects while collaborating with experienced engineers in a highly supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and mechanical building systems for a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Prepare engineering calculations, construction documents, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams throughout project development.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for assigned work.
- Participate in projects from concept through construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop effective engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting engineering environment.
- Proficiency with Revit and building systems design.
- Strong project management, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- PE license or EIT with plans to pursue professional licensure.
- Experience designing HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional facilities.
