任職資格
學歷要求
- 機械工程、電機工程、暖通空調（HVAC）或相關科系學士學位。
工作經驗
- 8+年以上 HVAC 產業相關工作經驗。
- 具技術支援、應用工程、售前技術支援或現場服務經驗者佳。
- 曾服務於 HVAC 設備製造商、系統整合商、工程顧問公司或機電工程相關企業者優先考慮。
專業能力
- 熟悉 HVAC 系統運作原理及相關應用。
- 具備技術問題分析及解決能力。
- 能獨立處理客戶技術需求及現場問題。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體操作。

Our client is a global engineering and equipment solutions provider serving commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial environments. They are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide technical consultation, application support, troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and customer training.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen technical service capabilities, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support to customers.
- Support equipment testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Deliver product training and technical solution presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve application-related issues.
- Partner with the commercial team to support customer projects and technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Gather market feedback and customer requirements to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on technical matters.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience within the HVAC industry.
- Experience in technical support, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, or field service functions is preferred.
- Candidates from HVAC equipment manufacturers, engineering consultancies, M&E contractors, or system solution providers are encouraged to apply.

- Strong understanding of HVAC applications and systems.
