One of the major Solar Turn Key Solution providers who is heavily involved with both C&I and Community Solar is looking for an Asset Manager for Operations and Maintenance.
Ideally, they would like this person to be located in or near Summit New Jersey, although they are willing to offer relocation for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Utilizing remote monitoring tools that will be used for making sure that the portfolio is functioning at peak performance
- Oversee the O&M contracts as well as overseeing the monthly, quarterly and annual O&M activities
- Maintain the O&M log project development and management
- Work closely with the development team during the pre-construction phase
Experience:
- 4 year college degree, technical degree is preferred
- 3 years of hands-on solar O&M or construction experience
- Ability to work independently in a team oriented and fast paces environment
