An AV (Audio-Visual) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audio-visual projects from start to finish. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of AV systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and engineers to define project requirements, scope, budget, and timeline.
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are communicated and approved by all stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of all project phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, programming, and installation, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and take corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Ensure project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal management.
- Conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing AV projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment, such as video conferencing systems, sound systems, projectors, screens, and lighting controls.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
