Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Architect Manager to lead our construction projects in Germany. As a Construction Architect Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop project plans, budgets, and time lines, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
