My client are looking to hire a Business Development Manager with technical sales experience in theGeotechnical market. The successful candidate will manage the P&L for 5 states while driving growth in their region by hiring new staff.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing sales and business within assigned region.
- Expanding existing client relationships for generating a sustainable business.
- Preparing quotations and proposals.
- Visiting new and existing clients and presenting about products and projects.
- The candidate is expected to successfully communicate with civil engineers and technicians.
- Mentor Junior Employees.
Requirements:
- The individual should have excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
- He/She should have qualities of integrity, credibility, and should be committed to the mission of the employer.
- 5 years or more of technical sales experience is preferred.
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Similar
