Responsibilities:
-Identify potential opportunities for renewable energy projects in commercial and industrial settings.
-Collaborate with lead generation teams to foster new connections and nurture existing relationships.
-Document all communications and opportunities using CRM software to track progress towards objectives.
-Facilitate discussions with property owners to advance potential projects towards completion.
-Present proposals, financial summaries, and various deal structures to property owners.
-Conduct thorough assessments of potential deals.
-Lead negotiations with legal and commercial counterparts, working closely with internal counsel to finalize agreements.
-Meet annual quotas for project completion and provide regular updates on relationship statuses.
-Expand and maintain client relationships by identifying additional opportunities for collaboration.
-Respond to requests for proposals by coordinating with various internal teams.
-Coordinate with the finance team to evaluate the financial viability of projects.
-Collaborate with the development team to understand project details.
-Participate in relevant events to identify potential project opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
-3-5 years of experience in real estate or commercial development; candidates with less experience may be considered for a related role.
-Understanding of real estate and energy markets.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for presenting financial summaries and proposals.
-Strong communication skills and sound judgment.
-Track record of executing strategies and achieving goals.
-Negotiation skills.
-Familiarity with key financial concepts, particularly those relevant to commercial development.
