Civil Engineer Project Manager
Salary: $110,000 - 140,000

The Civil Engineer/PM will be responsible for:
- Assisting business development efforts in developing technical proposals
- Taking a proactive lead role in marketing commercial, institutional, and industrial clients
- Building, managing, and mentoring a strong team of civil engineering professionals in a collaborative multi-disciplinary setting
- Performing technical design and consulting services at high level of satisfaction demanded by the diverse group of clients
The Civil Engineer/PM should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. registration required
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other development and administrative software
- Experience with zoning entitlements and permit procurement
- Strong project management skills
