LVI is working with a small consultancy firm with 70+ employees across 4 offices in the US. This firm offers a range of services including civil engineering, surveying, land planning, landscape architecture, ADA Transmission, and GIS.
This firm is looking to expand its land development group in their Plano, TX office where they currently have around 15 engineers. They are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in residential and commercial development, where you will be responsible for managing the land development projects, performing and coordinating engineering design, and mentoring the younger engineers.
This client works on a variety of land development projects where they do 50% of single and multi-family projects as well as some mixed commercial and industrial development.
Requirement:
- P.E License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience
- Experience in residential or commercial development
- Experience in Civil 3D, grading, erosion control, site design, stormwater management, drainage design, roadway design, and sanity sewer design.
- Excellent in Microsoft software
Responsibilities:
- Manage both residential and commercial land development projects assigned to you and your team.
- Able to lead and train younger engineers.
- Build on client relationships- current and prospective clients.
- Prepare feasibility reports and cost estimates.
- Work alongside designers and drafters
- Perform and coordinate with land development design.
