Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Restaurant Construction
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent specialized in restaurant construction to oversee the successful execution of construction projects across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for restaurant construction projects.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
On-Site Management and Supervision:
- Provide on-site leadership and supervision to construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure construction activities are executed according to plan.
Resource Allocation and Management:

Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant construction processes, including MEP systems, kitchen equipment installation, and interior finishes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations as required.
