Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of geotechnical engineers and professionals to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Oversee geotechnical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in geotechnical engineering, including site investigations, foundation design, slope stability analysis, and other related areas.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Business Development: Actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of work are consistently achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of project management and team leadership.
- Strong technical proficiency in geotechnical analysis and design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
