They focus on soil carbon measurement, ACCUs, and carbon farming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a sales strategy, plan, and associated initiatives.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the team, utilizing HubSpot CRM.
- Effectively manage and support the BDM/sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Acquire expert knowledge of the product offering and value proposition.
- Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and cultivate strong relationships.
- Develop and deliver customized and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Science, and Mapping teams to enhance client engagement.
- Exemplify the company's brand and demonstrate company values.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Adhere to the Carbon Market Institute code of conduct, as well as company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of business systems and workflows.
- Generate and distribute timely sales analytics and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Holds a degree or qualification in Environment, Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Familiarity with agronomy, grazing, cropping enterprises, or agribusiness is advantageous.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong client connections.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Technologically adept, proficient in MS Office suite and online communication applications.
- Possesses a valid manual driver's license and experience driving on rural roads.
