Position: Heavy Civil Superintendent
Location: Portland, Oregon
Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Experience Needed:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Superintendent, with a focus on managing projects involving deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe installations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and quality standards related to heavy civil projects, including familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Experience coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, schedules, and specifications to effectively plan and execute project activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges during construction to minimize delays and disruptions.
Qualifications Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and techniques relevant to underground utility and pipe installations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction teams to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
