Job Title: Industrial Hygienist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Hygienist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating health hazards in the workplace and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting workplace assessments to identify potential health hazards such as chemical, biological, physical, and ergonomic factors.
- Developing and implementing strategies to control and mitigate identified hazards.
- Conducting air and water quality testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Providing training and education to employees on health and safety practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting investigations into workplace incidents and providing recommendations for prevention.
- Keeping abreast of changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in industrial hygiene or environmental health and safety.
- Strong knowledge and experience with asbestos, mold, lead, and IAQ work.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
- Experience conducting workplace assessments and implementing control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
