Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hydrogeological investigations and assessments
- Analyze groundwater flow, quality, and recharge patterns
- Design and implement groundwater monitoring programs
- Evaluate and interpret hydrogeologic data using state-of-the-art techniques and software
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive water resource management strategies
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in hydrogeology
- Strong understanding of California hydrogeologic processes and regulations
- Proficiency in groundwater modeling software (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW) and GIS tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with groundwater remediation techniques and environmental monitoring protocols is desirable
- Professional certifications (e.g., PG, CHG) are a plus
