The Role:
We are partnered with one of the leading contractors with finding them the very best Project Executives that LA has to offer. The successful candidate for this role will go straight into working on a highly notable, $500M+ project that offers over 5 years worth of work on this project alone.
The company specialises in high voltage construction across most construction markets including Data Centers, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education and Residential construction, with the first project being an Airport. Experience in working with new and renovation electrical construction experience in these market sectors is therefore essential to be successful in this role.
Essential Experience Required:
- 10+ Years of working with high voltage, multimillion dollar construction projects
- Experience working with Data Centers, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education or Aviation construction is essential
- Experience handling projects valued over $500M is highly desired
- Located in LA or willing to relocate to the LA area
- Experience working for an electrical sub-contractor is essential
- 10+ Years of Project Management
Desired Experience:
- Experience handling new electrical construction or renovation projects
- Experience leading projects valued over $50M
- Experience travelling or being happy to relocate to CA
- Have degree in electrical construction or other similar qualifications
- 5+ Years as a Project Manager in the electrical construction space
