Recently partnered with a growing Mechanical Contractor (TOP 50 ENR) specialising in large industrial and commercial construction projects across the US. They're currently seeking experienced Project Managers for large-scale commercial and industrial projects they have across the US
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Mechanical construction for large-scale projects
- Experience working on projects over $50M in value
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing/piping systems, HVAC and construction practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
