LVI Associates is currently assisting a regional A/E firm on their search to add an MEP Department Manager to lead one of their newer offices based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Qualified candidates would have the following:
- PE in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience overseeing a team of junior staff
- 10-15 + years of experience in an A/E (MEP Setting)
- Business Development experience
- Experience overseeing projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing existing client relations
- Experienced in establishing targets, budgeting, etc.
