Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team or our client's team in Arizona. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate land surveys and boundary determinations for a variety of projects, ranging from land development to construction and legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys.
- Prepare legal survey documents, plats, and survey maps in compliance with Colorado regulations.
- Research historical land records and deeds to determine property boundaries.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Resolve boundary disputes and provide expert testimony when necessary.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accurate measurements.
- Adhere to safety protocols during fieldwork and ensure crew safety.
- Stay updated on Colorado land surveying laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Land Surveyor license in the state of Arizona.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments, including total stations, GPS, and GIS.
